We provide delivery throughout Townsville and select surrounding regions. Delivery is available to listed suburbs and towns; if your location is not listed, please contact us for availability.
Delivery charges are based on distance from our central location in Rasmussen. All fees are clearly outlined in our delivery fee schedule. Fees must be paid in full before dispatch.
Delivery must be booked at the time of order. Full payment, including delivery fees, is required prior to your scheduled delivery.
Deliveries are scheduled during standard business hours. Specific time requests will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
Please ensure clear and safe access to the delivery location. Additional charges may apply for inaccessible sites, incorrect delivery addresses, or re-delivery.
Cancellation of a delivery with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Rescheduling is available by prior arrangement.
Delivery to regional areas (such as Charters Towers, Ayr, Home Hill, and Ingham) may have limited availability. These are subject to confirmation based on scheduling and demand.
We take care to ensure your goods are delivered in excellent condition. Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
